Glencoe, a breathtaking valley located in the Scottish Highlands, is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. It’s also an ideal location for a bridal shoot, with its rugged mountains and stunning views providing a dramatic backdrop for any wedding photos. I had the pleasure of shooting a bridal shoot in Glencoe at the Kingshouse Hotel, featuring a stunning bridal gown from Olive Jones Bridal Boutique. The bride, Ceilidh, wore a beautiful gown from the It Was All a Dream collection by Olive Jones Bridal Boutique. The dress featured delicate lace detailing and a flowing train, which looked striking against the rugged landscape of Glencoe. The dress was perfectly suited to the dramatic scenery and really stood out in the photos.
During the bridal shoot in Glencoe at the Kingshouse Hotel, we encountered a unique challenge – it was very windy that day. While the wind added an extra level of difficulty to the shoot, it also provided an opportunity to create some truly dynamic and dramatic images. Ceilidh looked radiant in the bridal gown, and we captured some truly beautiful shots of her against the backdrop of the Glencoe mountains.
